Michael Bonello
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Bonello is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with more than 20 years of industry experience and an established portfolio of successful developments.
His expertise encompasses strategic planning, investment, project execution and large-scale development delivery. Throughout his career, Michael has maintained a strong focus on quality, value creation and disciplined project management.
As CEO of Domus Developments, Michael provides the company's strategic direction and oversees its long-term vision. His ambition is to create developments that combine contemporary architecture, superior construction and lasting investment value.
Gordi Felice
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Gordi Felice holds a Diploma in Business Administration and brings more than a decade of specialised experience within Malta's real estate sector.
As COO, Gordi oversees the operational and commercial execution of Domus Developments' projects, with responsibility for project coordination, quality control, procurement, client relations and day-to-day management across the development pipeline.
His strong understanding of the property market, combined with a hands-on and results-driven approach, ensures that projects are managed efficiently and delivered to the standards expected by both clients and investors.
